Tour description (the total duration 4 hours)

Russian ballet was first staged in 1673. Already in the early 18th century Peter the Great began to provide funds for musicians and dancers. Since that the development of Russian ballet begins. In the 19th century ballet was being improved. The first ballet school in Russia was opened in 1738. Nowadays Russian ballet is known all over the world.

We offer you Classical Russian Ballet to enjoy the beauty of dancers and music of St. Petersburg theatres. The common classical performances are The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Giselle. The performance begins at 8:00 pm and ends by 10:30 pm. Dress code: jackets and ties are widely used. Your guide and driver will accompany you until the end of evening.
