In the framework of a project "snail" drivers of heavy trucks have decided to protest against the per km tolls on federal highways. Trucks drove no faster than 10 km / h, so it was difficult to move on the Moscow highway. From November 15, drivers pay 1.53 rubles per kilometer, and from March 1 - to 3.06 rubles. Authorities promise to spend the collected funds for transportation projects. Drivers say that the fact of the payment per km is an additional tax, but in the end the consumer will suffer.
