The mine was found at 13:30 on October 24 during the excavation. Already at 17:50 rescuers evacuated the mine from the area of construction. The total project of the prison costs 12 billion rubles. Currently, the construction of the new prison almost came to the finish line. According to the plans, all the prisoners will be transported to the new building by the end of 2015.
