Pagan idols.27.06.2015

"Old Russian fairy tales" inspired an author.

A petersburger found carved images on the dead trees.

On the trunk of a dry pine the cyclist saw a skillfully carved image of an old man. Long face, elongated eyes, long beard, bushy eyebrows ... Having advanced a few meters ahead, he saw another one.

Pagan idols are away from walking paths, so that will be visible for a very curious person, or one who is lucky.

A few days later, the cyclist suddenly met the master himself.

He was working with another idol, beside it book was - "Old Russian fairy tales”. His name is Alexander Pavlovich. He lives five minutes away from the "Sosnovka", now is retired, and wood carving is his hobby for the soul.

The master creates with a small ax, knives, chisels and sandpaper.
