In the park named after Kirov on the Yelagin Island Sleepy Parade will be started at 4:00 pm. The route of the march is laid around the Yelagin Island.
Anyone can become a member of the Sleepy Parade. The main rule - to have a strict dress code. People should be with a cheerful dressing gowns, comfortable slippers, fun pajamas, night caps.
On the way the participants will entertain each others with fun games, lull each others lullabies, do selfy. And, of course, the parade will make halts to sleep.
The Parade should be finished at 6:00 pm by the election of the Confederation of sleep president. First, the candidate will have to explain why he deserves to lead people. Then, the electorate will have to express its will. Voting for the president will be by painting him with a dry Indian ink.
The important mission of the Sleepy Parade: "We want people to get used to relax and have fun on a typical day. We're trying to teach people to be more responsive to simple pleasures. "
