May Day demonstration02.05.2015
May 1st the demonstration in St. Petersburg was held in honor of the holiday of Spring and Labor. It started at 11.00 am from the Concert Hall "October". Delegations from different areas of the city, students, trade unions, political parties took part in the march on Nevsky Prospekt.
On this day, the weather was sunny, many people decided to go out of town and country houses. Festival participants were much more than the audience.
At 2.00 pm the May Day demonstration was over, many residents and guests of the northern capital went to the summer and the Mikhailovsky Gardens to continue walking. Meanwhile, at the Palace Square events dedicated to the Holiday of Spring and Labor were continued.
