Members of St. Petersburg children's club named after astronaut Yuri Gagarin, the first man in the space, raised mouse Shum to a height of 20 000 meters.
The mouse was raised in a special warm insulated capsule. Food and cucumber instead of water were put into the capsule.
The little astronaut landed near the town Borovichi of Novgorod region. The club members learned: Shum was feeling well and ate all the cucumbers during the flight.
The club members wanted to show that everybody can be sent into the stratosphere.
