Its area will be 63.8 hectares. The Committee of improvement decided to take landscaping park Tivoli in Copenhagen as the basis of construction.
Park design was postponed from September 2014, when it was founded. Landscaping work should be started in 2015-2016, large-scale building - in 2017. The park will have several zones: European fairy tale, children's attractions, area shops.
Currently the park design is started. New project to equip the park will cost 15 million rubles. This money will be spent on landscaping: WiFi equipment, paths, slides for skateboarders, as well as special zones, where you can recharge your gadgets. Now the Committee is looking for an organization that will create the final draft. On May 7 the winning project will be announced.
