Maybe this summer shops and restaurants, which are located in residential buildings, will be closed.
July 1st governmental regulation enters into the force, according to which "the ground, first and second floors of residential buildings are not allowed to place the enterprises, as well as shops with the operation after 11 pm".
Of course, businessmen are not very happy to such innovations. Commissioner for Human businessmen Andrei Danilenko sent a letter to the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Viktor Evtuhova to postpone the effective date of a change in the legislation, at least, until 2017.
According to experts, the innovations will hurt small and medium businesses.
