It requires restoration. The restoration of the building will be financed from the budget and from the funds of the Hermitage. The first such museum in the world will be in St.Petersburg. Exhibits will focus on different areas of the heraldry, including tribal, territorial, sports. The museum will present the complete collection of Russian awards from different periods - uniforms, banners, premium weapons. All this is in the collections of the State Hermitage.
